If you, our customer, have a complaint about the products or services delivered by Unixerius B.V. or Kedalion B.V.:
- Please inform us directly, via support@unixerius.nl.
- We will respond within 14 days.
- Should we fail to reach an agreement on the solution to your complaint, mediation may be arranged through ICT Waarborg. As per article A.15 in the terms and conditions linked above.
